Door knock to elect Ruairidh Paton in St. Ann’s

In a few weeks, voters will have the chance to choose a new councillor for St Ann’s Ward in Haringey.

Haringey Green Party has selected Ruairidh Paton, a hard-working local campaigner to contest the seat.

At the last election, the Greens came just 100 votes short of winning. That means this by-election is a straight choice between Labour and the Greens — no other party can win here.

We’ll be making the most of the limited time we have between now and the election by door-knocking (aka canvassing), which means talking to voters, hearing what they care about and telling them about Ruairidh’s campaign & what he stands for.

If you’ve never done door-to-door canvassing before, don’t worry – we’ll have a brief training when you arrive and you’ll be put in a group with people who have done it before.
